Effective change happens when we shift from a mode of fixing or coping to boldly creating from radical sufficiency and ease. I catalyze meaningful change for leaders and organizations by helping them to identify toxic patterns and practices, to recognize how to reverse and re-engineer these pathways in the brain and body, and then to implement new and successful practices to build their future. My clients have strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence and are ready to develop their understanding of somatic intelligence, neurobiology, and sustainable abundance practices that literally rewire the brain for a new future. 

I bring to this work two decades of experience in business management and Vipassana and Metta meditation practices combined with body-mind integration training and a background in Buddhist and Jungian psychology. Using creative, somatic, and strategic practices, I have worked with dozens of clients to help them break out of old systems so that they can achieve their dreams. Just as importantly, they have improved the quality of their relationships and returned to a natural experience of satisfaction and ease.
