HOW IT WORKS
Effective change happens when we shift from a mode of fixing or coping to boldly creating from a place of sufficiency and ease. I catalyze meaningful change for leaders and organizations by helping them to identify toxic patterns and practices, to recognize how to reverse and re-engineer pathways in the brain and body, and then to implement new and successful practices to build their intended outcomes. The result is a toolkit that reliably creates stress-free success, time after time.
With two decades of experience in business management and body-mind integration training, I know that changing habits and achieving goals takes practice and commitment. I use a wide range of modalities custom-tailored for each organization and individual, including vipassana and metta meditation, visualization and breathing techniques, writing exercises, and non-violent communication training. Using these creative, strategic, and body-based practices helps clients break out of old systems so that they can achieve their goals. Just as importantly, they improve the quality of their relationships and return to a natural experience of satisfaction and ease in their work and their lives.
My clients have strong analytical skills, an understanding of emotional intelligence factors, and are ready to unlearn old, stress-based practices. They are ready to develop their knowledge of somatic (embodied) leadership, neurobiology, and sustainable abundance practices that will literally rewire them for a new future.
