Each day will include structured workshops and sharing of work, time for meditation and movement, and quiet spaces for writing/creating individually. Workshop sessions include collaborative writing, collaging, working on our outside-the-box creative muscles, and ritual creation (in a humorous and lighthearted way).

Check in on Friday is at 3pm, and check-out on Monday is at 3pm. Retreat fees include art materials and accommodations. In early February, we'll coordinate communal meals and ride-sharing with all attendees.

Artists and creatives from all disciplines are welcome, and work-study scholarships are available.
This retreat is limited to eight womxn. To register, please contact me.

womxn's creative retreat
March 6 - 9, 2020

Everyone has within them a natural flow of creativity and healing. This retreat will explore practices for removing blocks in creativity and in life, both inside and outside of the body. Whether you are looking to shake out of old limitations or swim in the natural freedom that's already there for you, this weekend will support you in opening to and enjoying your natural flow of creativity and healing.

Each day will include creative practice, meditation, and simple movement. No experience is required, but a healthy appetite for exploration and quietude is helpful. I draw upon modalities in Focusing-oriented therapies, vipassana and metta meditation, Authentic Movement, and my own distinctions of the Laws of Ease. I also offer hands-on energy work for those who request it.

Retreat fees include breakfast, lunch, and accommodations. This retreat is limited to 16 people and will open for registration in early 2020. Please
contact me if you would like to be notified when it opens.
