Great Relationships Don't Have to End in Death

How do you define a successful relationship? For most of us, we were taught that a successful relationship means "'til death do us part". We internalize this narrative and apply it to friendships, family relationships, even our own roles and identities. Through energy healing and somatic training, we can reimagined what successful relationships look like. We become inspired to measure the health of ourselves and our partnerships by markers of happiness, satisfaction, and alignment with our values and shared purpose. Doesn't that sound a whole lot more joyful and rewarding than a mindless slide to the grave?
